I'm down at least .4 lbs this week. I only worked out 1 day last week, my mind couldn't focus on anything. I'm going to the gym tonight and hopefully I won't fall off again. I'm going to make this happen!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good luck...i fell off this weekend too...just keep it goin girl.

as long as you keep going after you fall off it'll get much easier. Before you know it, exercising will become second nature and you won't feel right when you miss it. Happy losing.
