Oh my. Big weekend at the college with the kids and decided to get off track....it is a decision. I payed for it with an extra 5#. Luckily on Tuesday I was able to get most of that off and by Thursday was down an extra 2.8#. I am back on track! I know that I can do this and even though I decided one weekend to ignore the good eating, I realize where I could be now if I had stayed on track and that is enough to make me pay attention. Let the games begin! I choose to be a loser....
