Having trouble sticking to a plan. I eat healthy- veggies, fruits, yogurt, lean meats, etc. But then I give in and eat heavy breakfasts and snacks on weekends. Still trying to find some plan that is feasible and that I can commit to...
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

I would recommend a very low calorie day from time to time. You lose a little real weight right there and it usually shows up big on the scale, that gives one an excellent psychological boost.
