Week 1 Insanity is invigorating but painful . I find that I'm very hungry for the rest of the day after doing workout, so I've got to tweak my eating.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
