Just when I thought I was gonna be out of the 140s any day now, I start slowing down. Bah. At least I'm still losing though :)

I'm kind of annoyed with myself for recording my starting weight for the 4th of July challenge so low. I mean, the scale did show 142.5 that day but it must have been a fluke, because I was 143.0 the day before and 144.3 the next day. So while it looks like I've only lost 1.7 pounds these last two weeks, I think it's really more like 3.5.

So, although I can't go back and change my challenge start weight (I think) in my head I will consider my progress starting from 144.3.
140.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
