Goal getting closer...slowly but surely does it...My friend asked me how am i losing the weight, what is my secret? Sad thing is there is no secret. Eat healthy! Exercise and watch your portions. And have fun doing so!
164.9 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
