After a day of heavy exercising, yesterday, I felt ravenous at the end of the evening and finished off with a bowl of muesli and a banana - still felt hungry in the night, as well.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
