I cleansed for 3 days and now I am being very careful, I had too much fun on vacation and was holding water due to eating processed foods which I mostly cut out, I am back on track, I have 1 month and 27 days until my 50th birthday, I am committed to losing as much as possible by then!!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You can do it! My motivation was my 25th wedding anniversary. It doesn't hurt, though, that I am 2.5 years from turning 50. I want to lose this weight and keep it off so I can be a fit, sexy, healthy 50 year old (more and more 50 is the new 40, so there is no excuse for just saying, "I'm getting older.")

Ahhhh thank you very much for your support, you totally understand, I am eating clean with protein supplements that take care of my sweet needs, journaling, and I started slowly back at the gym, One of these changes is good, all of them at the same time... I hope will be the trick!
