Bummer. Thought I worked hard enough this week to see good enough results. Strength training and lots of salads. Need to tighten up carb restrictions at night...
122.2 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
