Hello world i am so ready to get serous about this extra weight that now hangs on my body. I pass a mirror and don't even know whose body that is. I have managed to pack on 55/60 pounds in 2 short years. I have rejoined fatsecret in hope of picking up ideas and some motivation tips. I just cant help but wonder if I will ever get this weight yo yo under control for good. Its a vicious cycle for me. jmmartin
