Best feeling seeing the weight coming down. I'm down 7.8kg in 3 months... only a few more to go.. finally found a recipe for weight loss that's working for me. Got my meals sorted. Drinking new hormone balancing pills, omega 3 and metabolism herbs. Pilates twice a week. Calorie counting. Drinking lots of green tea. Loving it! Can't wait to weight tomorrow!
162.7 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
