Its been a tough week but some progress
269.4 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 113.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1355 kcal Fat: 50.68g | Prot: 63.38g | Carb: 166.76g.   Breakfast: Bananas , Cucumber (with Peel) , Celery , Carrots , Spinach . Lunch: Processed Cheese, Pork Chop, Albany Brown Bread, Fried Egg with Fat. Dinner: Lucky Star Pilchards in Tomato Sauce, Boiled Sweetpotato (with Peel, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Oil Popped White Popcorn , Scone. more...
