I will use both planning and tracking to acheive my goals. I plan to eat lots of vegtables, salads & soups, as well as, small amounts of nuts, seeds, eggs, fruit & meat. No grains and no sugar (except for occasional treats using honey and/or maple syrup).
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
