yip I had a drunken binge and I've gone up again, but its okay its a journey and not a sprint I'll get there
183.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't worry - sometimes the extra carbs makes you retain water, it's not actually fat gain.
