I love watching the scale numbers go down. I realize that being at the weight I am it will drop off pretty fast the first week. All I ahve to say is "YAY" I also have not told my husband that I am doing this becuase I would love to surprise him July 2nd when I go to see him at his basic training graduation. He is the most wonderful husband and has always found me attractive and sexy no matter what weight I am and tells me so all the time. We met in August of 1997 when I was at my 125 pounds and he has seen me gain it all. Never once has he ever asked me to lose or commented on my weight gain. He will ask if I have lost any when I have said I am on a diet but that is it. So I can't wit to surprise him with some loss of pounds. After his graduation, we will go another 6 weeks without seeing each other and that wil lgive me more opportunity to surprise him more.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
