Even though I'm a little disappointed with this number, I know I ate really poorly on Thursday, Friday, and some of Saturday. I guess I'm lucky to get a loss at all after what I ate on those days.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
