can I ask how tall you are? you got that "stacked" look wide shoulders v to the waist. maybe a little jealous but won't admit that🤫

I'm 6 feet tall. I appreciate the compliment. I'm genetically lean and lower abs are my trouble issue. It's crazy I can be completely vascular in my arms, quads and even hips and still have a little pooch lol I've always been a " hard gainer " and putting on size has always been a challenge. At this point in time in life I'm just looking more for longevity and to remain as lean as possible without going to the depths of hell lol

Thanks. Yeah we're very similar. At 145 and less than 10% fat I had abs. Gone now. I'm also 6ft but don't make it look as good. Even when I was pushing 185 just looked long and skinny. Thanks for responding.
