I am planning my meals each day, so I do not overeat or miss fruits, fats, fiber and protein. The challenge will be Thanksgiving - I plan to eat turkey and all the fixings with pie without the crust.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

eat the crust...unless it is a premade frozen cardboard texture. Ask the person who brings it if they have a great crust recipe. if they brag on it you know they worked hard to get it right. otherwise...skip the crust LOL
