As usual, prob dehydrated but I'll take it! Esp. unexpected cos last week's log was 150% of target. 😕
170.6 lb Lost so far: 60.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2355 kcal Fat: 90.32g | Prot: 117.44g | Carb: 263.21g.   Breakfast: Danone YoPRO Vanilla Yoghurt, Mayver's Protein Peanut Butter, Macro Organic Soy Milk, Moccona Classic Medium Roast, Banana, Coles Quick Oats. Lunch: Mission Mini Wraps Original, Portview Smoked Tuna, Woolworths Select Basil Pesto, Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Frozen). Dinner: Weet-Bix Weet-Bix, Mission Mini Wraps Original, Beef Stroganoff, Penne. Snacks/Other: McDonald's French Fries (Large), Laver Seaweed , Danone YoPRO Salted Caramel. more...
