Had to take a break from Weigh and Tape, but I'm glad I did! My Muscle Mass was getting lower, but it's obvious its because I been working out without any off days. So I took a week off from that too. 💪
164.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
