I forgot to journal on this day, but I thought I would try this comment box to make an attempt at keeping up. I had a great day on the scale. I haven't been 201 for a while. I just want to stay under 205, but it still feels good to be this low. I think I would like to get under 200 just once to say I did, but I'm not that worried about it. S.
