I only lost 2 pounds this week, but at least i lost! I started working out this past week, and i'm sure that may have something to do with it. Anyway, i am only 4 pounds from my next goal!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
