Yesterday I didn't really track points and I didn't really exercise. I went to a shower so it was hard to figure out how many points everything would be so I just ate things I knew I would really enjoy and kept portions small. I didn't even finish my slice of cake. I had to drag myself out of bed this morning and now I am of for my run. This time I will check to make sure I have the stroller!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
