Just went through a tough "shark week" and worked 45 hours this past week not on top off all the stuff I've been doing at the house. Dogs were just returned from loverboy due to chewing the garage doorframe, so looks like no more overtime for me. I just spent $100 on a pair of workout shoes that fit amazing...not I need to get my ass to USE them! Plan, figure out what I'm doing everyday in the morning (lists are a girls best friend), then preplan meals (do MAJOR research on WHAT I'm putting into my body rather than how much), and getting my life/house/mind cleaned up to the point I can enjoy myself and not be stressed all the time. This week I plan on getting the garden ready for plants (possible next weekend?), get rid of more CRAP that I have accumulated, get rid of all the clothes that I got from loverboy's cousin to donate, FINALLY check out Advanced Rehab over in Dyer (24 hour workout place), and take the dogs for at least 3 walks this week. A bonus would be to start Zumba again on Thursday nights. Plus I'm actually going to check back at the end of the week to own up to what I've done and haven't done. So here goes...lets see if I can get my shit together and start getting healthier!
