I've gained a little bit. At least I'm not 388 like I was 5 years ago, and I'm not 375 like I was 3 years ago. I'm continuing to properly take my medication, and my blood sugar levels are on the decrease.
365.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 215.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
