Started 5k practice for an event in mid-May. Yesterday did a 3.44 mile jog/walk in about 40 minutes. Not bad for no practice. I am already sore today, but it feels good. I will do some upper body lifting today to add strength.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
