Tomorrow I'm going to go on Phase 2 of my diet to lose 13 lbs in 9 days or 200 pounds by 4/1. I know I can do this because I've done it before.

From there, my goal is 15 pounds by April 18th. That will have me at 185 or day 27 .

My goal from there will be 170 by May 5th. NO EXCUSES- it's ONLY 44 days and I've been FAT for over 11 years, so what's a month and 1/2???
So, on to my Phase 2 weight loss!

I will be doing this in order to stand on the stage next to my son and pin on his Field Artillery branch as his proud mom without embarrasing him!

Why I've been nervous lately- my research and paper aren't going well and I've been stressing out w/ it and work.
However, tomorrow, I will take my life back and will follow the diet precisely and chew gum instead of stuffing my face.


On the scale tomorrow to report my beginning weight.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.7 lb a week
