A hiccup? Yep, that's what this past week was. I was going strong until Wednesday, then it all fell through the floor! Whoops! Graduation for my neighbor's daughter with dinner afterwards at Olive Garden, then a farewell dinner for a friend at the barn at Red Lobster on Thursday night...not too bad yesterday, but today starts a new week and I am back on track and already exercising! this little bump in the road will not continue on to next week!

Oh, real life. Always getting in the way. ;) Everybody has those weeks, though, and it sounds like you've got the right attitude to get back on track.
