I have been very busy at work , no snacking, and, picked up a nasty cold which has made me not hungry. I have not done two days worthy of squats (my own challenge). I have turned down high cal foods at work which makes me very proud of myself!! Trying not to go overboard at night, which seems to be my downfall.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
