Plateau is coming down. I'm starting the extreme fat smash so took a small break and started to lose a little. Go figure! Going to a bridal shower today and I"m going to eat but in moderation. That's the key. I hope I lose 12 pounds doing the extreme fat smash diet. Be Blessed.
