Stayed the same this week though considering thats pretty good.
I was taken out twice to a restaurant. (not on my cheat day)
I'm also put a little weight on around this time of month so hopefully next week I should see quite a big difference.

Although I have not dropped any weight I have managed to keep up with my cardio and weights. I feel more awake in the mornings and have more energy throughout the day.

I purposely didnt go shopping this weekend so I have no choice in what I eat today. I will be having mainly juice. I may throw a salad in for Lunch although I have a pretty busy day ahead of me so I'll just see what happens. I have left it upto my partner to buy in Dinner. I'm going to guess we will be having home-made lasagna. Yum.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
