So I didn't make it out to run yesterday as planned. I got to the boulevard and opened my trunk and no stroller! I forgot I took it out after our run on Monday to make room for the bike trailer. So I ran a few errands while I was out , then it was naptime for Joey, I started cleaning... and this is why I usually make myself do it first thing in the morning because if I wait it doesn't happen. I will be making up for it this morning. Jesse is home to watch Joey so I will just run in the neighborhood so there will be no issues with strollers. I did ok with my diet yesterday. I indulged some cravings and went over my daily points, but I will just subtract them from my weekly allowance. I think I did ok with not letting it get too out of hand and the scale didn't show any spikes this morning.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
