I made Triple Layer Fat Bombs today along with homemade pimento cheese spread.... I am having celery w/pimento cheese for lunch. Only had BPC today w/2 fat bombs. We are going to dinner w/friends at Saltgrass and it will only be my second time out on WOE so thought I would be cautious throughout the day. I have had a lot of energy today so I can tell this working. Just waiting for the ketosis stage.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
