40lbs down, 60lbs to go! I'm starting to see the difference and feeling better about myself. I just need to keep at it. On a different note, I'm trying the Whole30 diet just to get myself to eat more veggies and fruits. I was doing okay before, but I think this will really help push me in that direction more.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What's the whole30 diet?

It's basically the paleo diet but you only do it for 30 days. It's more of learning exercise that is suppose to teach you to make better choices after the 30 days. So hopefully it will do just that.
