I am surprised I managed to lose weight in the last few days! I decided yesterday to eat fast food, drink Starbucks, and have pizza. I feel gross, and tired!
Today I got right back on track! Wish me luck this week!
204.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good luck!! Subway's VeggieDelite Sub roooocks in terms of less calories but mucho flavor. Some other tips: starchucks straight up espressos (with lots of splenda or a slice of lemon) are delicious as is dominos thin-crust veggie lovers (~8pts for a whole pizza!!)...
