Had been hovering at 82.8 for best part of a month. This week we started back with F45 (@home) - only a few days of amped up HIIT & I’m tracking down again…
180.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah mine has been going up slowly. I need to ditch the easy meals like pasta, pre-cooked rice etc. Too carb heavy!
