Okay, so it was so exciting to see a slight decline in the number on the scale. I'm so motivated to make this work. I had a great morning workout with 45min of walking and running on the treadmill, then 15 minutes of cardio and weights with Msya and then 20 minutes of pilates. I had a good breakfast and a steak salad from Subway for lunch. Now the true test will be tonight, i'm at a mexican restaurant with a glass of wine and chips and salsa. It will be a great time to practice my will power and desire to lose weight!
