I just realized I put a heart for support but not to support shooting you lol. I was just feeling your pain. Don't be hard on yourself though. Sometimes we need to go up in order to come down. It's just tests of life. The important thing is that you keep going towards your goal.

Sometimes it can up and down 3lbs in one day! Don't sweat it. You're amazing!

I agree you have to look at where you started and not make this small gain dictate your day.

It happens to all of us! When I lose those up lbs, I add them in my mind to my total weight loss! 😉😂🍀
