Starting to get veggies from my first home garden.
It has helped me in several ways.
First, it reacquainted me with the patience needed in natural processes.
Second, tending to it gets me up and walking outside several times a day.
Third, I find that staring at greenery and smelling soil is relaxing.
Fourth, it's a constant reminder of the importance of staying hydrated.
Finally, having worked so hard for the produce I will be eating it as a priority.
Just thought I'd share in case it can help someone else.

289.6 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 108.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
