First day that matthew and i are trying the 500-calorie diet. Trying to keep each meal at 500 calories or less, forgoing snacks unless genuine hunger or desire calls for one.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 70.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.6 lb a week
