Ayer fui a nutricionista, pese 173.5lbs y 22.0% grasa. Rebaje 10 lbs y grasa baje 1.4%. Estaba en 183 lbs y 23.4% en 1/27/14. Eso habia comenzando a rebajar por que estaba como 187lbs comenzar año 2014. Empezar correr, log comida en fat secret, control porciones, pesas en rutina ejercicios, comer Fruta snacks, meditacion, bajar fritos, tumbar cafe por agua, velar % grasa en alimentos menos 5%. Organizarme trabajo y dejar pensamientos no positivos, let go. ayudo.
