OK So... this weekend I really blew it. But, yesterday I did better than the 2 days before. So... new week, new start. That is what I am going to tell myself. Go me! Stick to plan. And have a great workout. IT is bound to pay off.
138.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
