Awesome Possum!!! I'm sure its cause I didn't eat much yesterday, but down 2 more lbs.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1024 kcal Fat: 19.04g | Prot: 47.94g | Carb: 179.27g.   Breakfast: 100 Calorie Plain Bagels, Reduced Fat Whipped Cream Cheese Spread. Lunch: fat free italian dressing, iceburg lettuce, cucumber, redbull, smart ones fruit inspirations. Dinner: watermelon, smart ones roast beef, french style cut green beans. Snacks/Other: weight watchers giant chocolate fudge, sun maid minis. more...

Congrats!! You may want to watch out, though. The desire to eat less than your daily points can backfire if you aren't careful. Do you drink a ton of water? That can supress your hunger too. I know when I drink a lot of h2o, I don't feel nearly as hungry as I normally do.

yes... I drink alot of water!!! I already know I'm going to have a hungry day today. I feel the need to have some snackage.

My go to snacks are pretzels and 94% fat free Jolly Time popcorn (one whole bag is only one WW point) and it's actually a pretty good size helping. I tend to pick and nibble more here at the office than at home. Darn...now I am feeling a bit peckish myself.

I just ate a huge salad. Guess I should have put it as a snack, just didn't seem snack worthy. LOL It was just a starving moment in between lunch and dinner! Was soooooooooo good. Yummy cucumbers, so refreshing.
