its been a tough 2 months, but also realized it's up to me to be better. unfortunately I have to put in the hard work to be where I want to be. Getting fit and watching what I eat is hard, but being overweight and mentally down is also hard. Im choosing which hard I would like to face💪🥗
186.7 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
