I think that a mistake that I made after discovering keto and have eaten high carb (like all my life-thank your USDA food pyramid!) is trying to go too long between eating before being really adapted. I am consistently having ketones 2-2.5 but not adapted because I will feel hungry. So I am not trying to rush this. But now losing slow and steady. I know I will lose more and its just been 1 1/2 months. It will be so fun to see where I am in 6 months.
