Forgot to weigh in x 2 D ...was out of my element.
Yest: 22u, H 2 TC × 4hrs, lots of work, burning midnight hours, need more sleep. Got 2 get workouts in. Diet pretty good.
2day: 24u... update 2morrow.
235.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 55.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
