despite low cal week (2532 avg) little weight lost. down to a low of 249.5/28.8% yesterday. back up to 251 this am after moderate cals/carbs yesterday.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
