Ya I am getting back on the bandwagon! Gotta actually try to lose weight again. Need to eat healthy AND work out. Ill start weighing in once a week and tracking my progress. Im doing an eight week regimen of diet ( hopefully more of a lifestyle change) and exercise. I will start tracking my meals and workouts again. That seems to help me the most!
