Another four pounds off during March. I figur3e I will reach my target weight around July/August. That will be two years on a changed lifestyle. I do not believe that diets work!!! When you finish dieting, where do you go?? Since changing my lifestyle I have dropped around 8 stone and I feel great! Its like being set free.
