Had a hard time yday, due to lack of sleep, being a lil hungover, and having dinner at a friends house. I should've skipped the apps! I did manage to force myself to exercise a lil to try to offset my overeating, even though I really didn't want to.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
